Do you see what I see?
Through these photographs, I hope that you can make your own impression and have your own feelings about what you see. I also want you to share my feelings and how I perceive the photos. Everyone is free to have their own interpretation because we don't all see the same things.
This photo was taken on Randall’s Island, which is the Kennedy Bridge. When I looked through my camera, I was surprised by the effect of black and white on the clouds. For my part, I find that there is a modification of the material, it is like if the clouds had become cotton or a canvas. The position of the bridge gives me the impression when crossing it you can access the clouds, like a bridge. What do you think?
The two photos above were taken at Central Park around noon. The reflection of the sun in the lens creates an improvised effect. It was when I looked at the photo after I took it that I noticed that the rendering was quite interesting. It is as if the light came illuminated the photo, like a sun. The rays of the sun come subtly illuminated the photo and its elements. What do you think?
This photo was taken in Central Park. This is one of my first pictures in New York. I have a special attachment to this photo. I like that the elements are symmetrical and through this photo one clearly distinguishes the central axis which is the railing. The point of view is also interesting close up the image is sharp but the farther one looks the elements become blurred. I find that this looks like a path we want to take. What do you think?
On the left, you see a photo taken in Central Park, and on the right a photo was taken in Randall’s Island. Through these photos, I realized that we rarely bring importance to what surrounds our field of vision. For these 2 photos, I focused on the street (left photo) and the tree (right photo). Afterward, I looked at the pictures and realized that the pictures showed what I did not bother to see. The nature that frames the road as well as the buildings behind it. What do you think?
This photo was also taken in Central Park. It’s one of my favorite views, where we discover a path half used by trees. From a poetic point of view, one might think that nature will always be on our way to remind us of where we come from. What do you think?
These 2 photos were taken in Central Park. For my part, I find that they appeal to our imagination. The picture on the left is similar to the images found in children’s books. She has a magical and fantastic side and wants to tell us a story. The picture on the right is also strange, we don't know exactly what it is. Matter and elements leave our imagination free. What do you think?
This photo was taken in Central Park. The sun created the shadow of the barrier. I find this photo symbolic, the natural spaces were created by Man as if he wanted to control it. This shadow represents to me the fact that although man tries to control all that surrounds him, nature always regains its rights. What do you think?
